Q: Is it possible to return or exchange the spreadsheet?

A: Given the digital format of the product, I’m unable to provide returns or refunds. After your purchase is downloaded, it becomes permanently accessible to you.

Q: In case of accidental purchases, please avoid downloading the item. Cancellation of your purchase is only possible if none of the items from your order have been downloaded.

A: Is it possible to use the spreadsheets with Excel if they were designed for Google Sheets, or vice versa?

While Google Sheets and Excel are similar applications, there are significant differences in their formula composition and setup. If a spreadsheet is converted from Google Sheets to Excel, or vice versa, the formulas may not translate correctly, resulting in the spreadsheet not functioning as intended. Therefore, we recommend purchasing the spreadsheet version that is specifically tailored to the software you intend to use.

Q: I’m having trouble accessing my spreadsheet, or it’s opening in “view only” mode on Google Sheets. What should I do?

A: If you’re unable to open the spreadsheet, or it’s opening in “view only” mode, please try the following steps:

• Open the PDF with the link you got from the email and click Access Template.

• In the browser window that pops up, click the Use Template button (it’s at the top right of the screen).

• If you can’t find the button, click “File” in the top toolbar and select “Make a copy.”

That’ll give you a copy of the template to work with.
